If I choose the All-inclusive option, when do I get my flight and hotel information?
All boot camps will be confirmed 3 weeks prior to the scheduled start date. Upon confirmation, TechSherpas will make your travel and hotel arrangements. Hotel reservations will be booked at our preferred hotel location. Flights will be booked based on scheduling and availability.
What are the specific flight details?
Flights will be booked 2-3 weeks prior to class start date and will be based on availability, therefore airlines and scheduling may vary. Flights will be booked for arrival the day prior to the start of the boot camp and departure for the day after.
Does the flight include baggage fees?
No, students will be responsible for their own baggage fees.
Is there any financing or payment plans available for the boot camps?

Is transportation provided?
No, transportation is not provided with the hotel packages.
Is there a deadline to register?
All boot camp registrations must be received at least 2 weeks prior to class start date in order to guarantee availability. If you are enrolling for Option 2 (with travel and lodging), registration must be received at least 3 weeks prior to start date in order to guarantee advertised price. Registrations received within 3 weeks prior to start date, may be subject to additional fees for travel costs.
