How RCI Increases Customer Satisfaction
We have trained thousands of students with Remote Classroom Instruction. Without our RCI solution, these are individuals who would have either had to travel further to another training site or defer their training to a later date.

With RCI we've been able to provide training in many convenient training locations throughout the northeast. In addition, we've been able to significantly reduce our cancellation rate: now over 90% of the students who register for a course at one of our sites will be able to take that class, on that date, and in that location—without a cancellation.

With RCI customer satisfaction has increased. We conducted a customer satisfaction survey in 2004 and found that 17 percent of the write-in comments were related to cancelled classes. In a similar survey conducted one year later those comments to under 7 percent! In addition, in 2006 we implemented a supplemental course evaluation for RCI students. From those evaluations, we found over 92% of the students stated “yes” when asked if they would take another course in the RCI format.
