Certification Levels

Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT)
This certification validates the ability to install, operate and troubleshoot a small enterprise branch network, including basic network security. With a CCENT, a network professional demonstrates the skills required for entry-level network support positions – the starting point for many successful careers in networking.


Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
This certification validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size route and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN.


Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
This cerification validates knowledge and skills required to install, configure and troubleshoot converged local and wide area networks with 100 to 500 or more nodes. With a CCNP certification, a network professional demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to manage the routers and switches that form the network core, as well as edge applications that integrate voice, wireless, and security into the network.


Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
CThis certification validates advanced knowledge and skills required to secure Cisco networks. With a CCSP certification, a network professional demonstrates the skills required to secure and manage network infrastructures to protect productivity, mitigate threats, and reduce costs.


Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP)
This certification validates advance knowledge and skills required to integrate into underlying network architectures. Furthermore, this certification validates a robust set of skills in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network. With a CCVP certification, a network professional can help create a telephony solution that is transparent, scalable, and manageable.
