Each student must follow these instructions for redeeming their FREE GIFT. Once payment has been processed, the student will receive a confirmation page indicating class(s) purchased. Courses must be completed to qualify for the FREE GIFT. Upon completion of the course, student must logon to www.techsherpas.com/FREEGIFT and complete the TechSherpas Customer Satisfaction Survey. All questions on the survey must be answered. Failure to complete the survey disqualifies student from receiving the FREE GIFT.
Once completed and accepted, student will receive a confirmation indicating FREE GIFT has been approved and is being processed for shipment. Please allow 3-6 weeks for the delivery of the gift. FREE GIFT available for residents of the 50 United States only. By Federal law, Federal government employees are not eligible for the FREE GIFT promotion. TechSherpas reserves the right to change the FREE GIFT selection at any time. TechSherpas reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel courses. If a class is re-scheduled, student will be contacted via e-mail or by phone indicating the change in the course date. Student has the option to re-schedule to the new date, or request a refund for the class. Student re-scheduling to the new date agrees to accept the same terms and conditions of the FREE GIFT associated with the original class date. Student canceling the course at any time and requesting refund forfeits the FREE GIFT. If it becomes necessary for TechSherpas to cancel a course for any reason, the FREE GIFT offer is void for that particular course. Upon notification of a re-scheduled or cancelled class, student has the option to choose another instructor-led, public class offered at the same price.
